Order Processing

Orders placed with wiredeal Store receive our immediate attention. We prepare and hand off all orders within 1–2 business days, counted Monday through Friday and excluding federal holidays. Orders submitted before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are generally dispatched the same business day. As soon as your package leaves our facility, we will send a confirmation email with a unique tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress at every stage.

International Shipping

At this time, wiredeal Store ships only within United States. We do not currently offer international delivery, and orders with shipping addresses outside United States cannot be accepted. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated with the applicable destinations, delivery timelines, and any duties or taxes that may apply.

Order Tracking

We are committed to keeping you informed at every step. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. If your tracking information has not updated within 3 business days of receiving your order confirmation, please contact our customer support team and we will investigate promptly.

Address Changes

If your shipping address needs to be corrected, please email us with your order number within 1 hour of placing your order. We will make every effort to accommodate requests received after that window; however, once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee that the address can still be changed.
